Mainly my fanart dump/blog starring a lot of Dragon Age, Devil May Cry and Resident Evil, as of late. True descriptors: one word summaries of a character, my top 3 being Leon S Kennedy, Dante and Anders.

Dragon Age Inquisition Final Countdown Inquisitor Meme!

alkiryuu:

With the last 30 days coming upon us in our wait for Dragon Age Inquisition, with 31 days as of October 18th, and looking at all the awesome Inquisitor bios floating around made me feel like my Inquisitor needed some fleshing out and so I came up with this!

I tried coming up with original questions but you will see a few repeats from other inquisitor memes. But who knows! You may have changed something since then. Some questions were taken or adapted from the Writer’s Craft Character Worksheet (found here: http://www.the-writers-craft.com/support-files/character.pdf).

With that said, I challenge all future Dragon Age Inquisitions players to fill this out!

  • 30 Days: What is your Inquisitor’s Name and why did you name them that?
Thariel.  One of the first concepts I thought of for an Inquisitor I thought of personality, and then I immediately thought of someone I knew with that personality.  Her name is a little similar, but mostly just Elven’d up.
  • 29 Days: What race and class is your Inquisitor? What is your and their reason for that class? How do they feel about it?
Elven mage.  My canon Warden was a warrior, my canon Hawke a rogue, and now a mage for an Inquisitor.  She is so down with doing the magics and certainly doesn’t share the same stigmas that humans seem to have about it; in fact, she doesn’t care what people think of her at all.  Which makes politics a bit of a challenge for her and needs a lot of counsel to come across as friendly.

He was engulfed, as were the Tranquil nearest to him. They shrieked as they lit up, trying in futility to run away. The entire room was filled with smoke and the smell of burning flesh. Adrian fell to her knees, drained. She barely saw Shale through the fiery haze, thrashing about with its fists, sending bodies sailing left and right.
And then the demon… walked out of the flames. He was untouched, and smirked in amusement. “You think to challenge me in the heart of my demesne? You were fools even to come.” He held up a hand as if beckoning, and the entire tower began to shake. Adrian’s heart quailed.
And then Wynne rose.
Something had changed within her. Gone was the old woman; instead a force radiated from within. She stood tall and defiant. “You are mistaken, creature of Pride.” Her voice rang out with unearthly power that pushed back the darkness. Adrian felt it pass through her soul like a cleansing wind. “You read my mind, but there is a place you could not and cannot reach.. and that is what you fear.”
The demon’s cool demeanor vanished. He hunched down low, baring his teeth in a furious hiss. Adrian saw his features change, subtly shifting form the handsome elf he presented to something ugly and evil, as if what lay beneath the skin were now bubbling up to the surface. “You do not belong here, spirit!” he screamed. “He is mine and you cannot take him from me!”
Wynne walked toward him… no, not walked. Glided. her robes had transformed into diaphanous silver, flowing in the air as her aura of power became even brighter. “You have already lost him,” she said.
